Flipkart Billion Capture+ goes on sale in India: Price start from Rs. 10,999: specifications, features, launch offers and more

Flipkart -owned smartphone brand Billion launched first smartphone in India in last week, the Billion Capture+ is going up for sale today for the first time. The Billion Capture+ has been launched in two variants – 32GB storage with 3GB RAM priced at Rs 10,999, and 64GB storage with 4GB RAM priced at Rs 12,999. The Billion Capture+ highlight features are dual rear camera, USB Type-C port and comes with Smartron's tronX AI-based Internet of Things platform as well as unlimited free cloud storage.  As for launch offers, Flipkart is providing customers 10 percent instant discount on purchase via HDFC debit or credit card. Purchase via Axis Bank Buzz credit card will make a customer eligible for 5 percent off. Xiaomi Mi Max launched in India last year. Xiaomi Mi Max 2 launched in India 2 days ago, which is the successor of Mi Max. Xiaomi Mi Max series highlight points are bigger display and massive battery capacity. The Xiaomi Mi Max come with two variants - Priced at Rs. 14,999 for the variant with 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage, while the variant (Mi Max Prime) with 4GB RAM and 128GB internal storage is priced at Rs 19,999. The Xiaomi Mi Max 2 Priced at Rs. 16,999. This year Xiaomi don't launch Mi Max 2 (128GB) variants in India. The Xiaomi Mi Max 2 will be available on other e-commerce websites and offline channels from 27 July but you can buy this smartphone early. The Mi Max 2 will be available on Mi.com from 20 - 21 July during the Xiaomi celebrate 3rd Mi Anniversary in India. 

Design and Display 

The Mi Max 2 design minor upgrade compare to Mi Max in Antenna band and camera position. The Mi Max 2 is a flaunting Full Metal unibody design, In Mi Max back side top and bottom potion different material. The Mi Max 2 rear side dominated by the camera module on the top-left, dual LED flash placed on its left side and fingerprint sensor. On the front side of the device is a dominated by the 6.44-inch display, front-facing camera, Home button. The right edge has the volume rocker, power button. The top of smartphone you have the handphone jack and IR blaster, whereas the USB Type-C port, Stereo speaker speaker and primary microphone are placed at the bottom. The Mi Max 2 back side i noticed all 4 sides slightly curved and antenna bands top and bottom sides. Both smartphones don't operate one hand because 6.44-inch bigger display. The Mi Max and Mi Max 2 features a 6.44-inch Full HD display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection.

Processor, RAM and Storage

The Mi Max 2 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 Octa-core SoC, paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage that can be expanded via microSD card up to 128GB. The Mi Max is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 650 Hexa-core SoC, paired with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage that can be expanded via microSD card up to 128GB. 

The Snapdragon 650 Hexa-core (4 x A53 cores + 2 x A72 cores + Adreno 510 GPU + 1.8GHz) built on a 28nm architecture without FinFET transistors. The Snapdragon 625 Octa-core (8 x A53 cores + Adreno 506 GPU + 2.0GHz) built on a 14nm FinFET architecture. The Snapdragon 650 have 2 A72 Cores, because of this it will work fine in heavy gaming with no frame drops and Snappy performance while Snapdragon 625 has only A53 that can be lag in heavy gaming, except this I think both processors have same features and they works same in other scenarios. The Snapdragon 625 benefit No heating and long battery life because this built on a 14nm FinFET architecture.

Camera

The Mi Max 2 features a 12-megapixel Sony IMX 386 rear camera with dual LED flash and f/2.2 aperture, On the front, you get 5-megapixel camera with f/2.0 aperture. The Mi Max features a 16-megapixel rear camera with dual LED flash and f/2.0 aperture, On the front, you get 5-megapixel camera with f/2.0 aperture. 

The Mi Max 2 is pack by a massive non-removable 5300mAh battery which Xiaomi claims give stand by time of 31 days, talk time of 57 hours, game of 9 hours and audio of 10 days. The smartphone supports Quick Charge 3.0 which gives 68 per cent of charge in just one hour. The Mi Max is pack by a non-removable 4850mAh battery. Both smartphones in connectivity option include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2.

The Mi Max 2 is run on MIUI 8 based on Android 7.1.1 Nougat out-of-the-box and the Mi Max is run on MIUI 7.2 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow out-of-the-box. The Xiaomi will be roll out MIUI 9 in mid-August. The Mi Max 2 unique features are dual Stereo speaker and USB Type C port.
